I'm in the "hearing about the decisions others are making on our behalf" mode with that one. We just started a Servicenow to JIRA migration and I think out of the box the belief was it would be adequate. I didn't hate Roadmunk using it in my last gig but our team digging in hated it.

I used Aha for a project years ago and found it quite clunky and retro. It must’ve been 5 years ago now though, so maybe lots changed since!
